Now that the midterm elections have come to a close, the votes are completely counted. Republican majority control over the senate has increased from 51 to 54, while the Democrats have gained majority control over the House of Representatives. This gives Nancy Pelosi and the left wing enough power to block key presidential decisions. For example, Democrats may vote to conduct investigations and seek impeachment of the President. They also have the power to reverse progress on building a wall along the southern border, which would prevent multitudes of undocumented immigrants from invading the country.
Additionally, Nancy Pelosi may not, after all, become speaker of the house. According to NBC News, a growing number of democrats (over 50) say they would refuse to support her as speaker of the House.
According to Fox News, Republicans will continue adding to the already impressive 29 circuit court judges confirmed during Trump’s first two years. That’s a record for any modern president. Smart Democrats are bitterly aware of this development, with the minority recently lashing out at McConnell for pushing through judicial nominees while the Senate was technically in recess.
Still, ever-hopeful Democrats are crossing their fingers that the 2020 Senate elections might give them a shot at retaking the upper chamber.
President Trump stated in an interview, "It was a big day yesterday. Incredible day. And last night the Republican Party defied history to expand our Senate majority while significantly beating expectations in the House in a midterm year."
Currently, As many as 7,000 people are traveling from Central America toward the United States border. Many politicians claim that this is merely political.
Trump tweeted that since "Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador were not able to do the job of stopping people from leaving their country and coming illegally to the U.S.," the United States "will now begin cutting off, or substantially reducing, the massive foreign aid routinely given to them."
Additionally, Vice President Mike Pence stated in an interview, “What the president of Honduras told me is that the caravan was organized by leftist organizations, political activists within Honduras, and he said it was being funded by outside groups, and even from Venezuela.” Many GOP members believe that George Soros and other democrats may be funding the caravan. There is not yet direct evidence proving this, however, the caravan turned down Mexico's offer for refugee status and temporary work permits. The migrants continue to march towards the United States and will demand entrance into the country.
51 senators voted to end debate in the chamber and advance toward a vote on final confirmation on Saturday. Currently, it appears Kavanaugh will be confirmed.
One of the main stories that has been dominating all major news network headlines are the Brett Kavanaugh allegations. While both sides are equally credible and Christine Blasey Ford's testimony shouldn't be neglected, no direct evidence has been presented linking Brett Kavanaugh to Ford's assault. Since this is the case, Judge Kavanaugh's life and career should not be tarnished as a result of unproven claims. Many Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee, who claim to have made their decision based on the interests of Dr. Ford and the "safety" of other people, have merely used these allegations for political purposes, as shown by the leaking of Dr. Ford's statements against her will.
The investigation is being used by many Democrats for their own gain, who will commit unmerciful acts to get their way. Brett Kavanaugh's career and family have been undeservedly harmed by these claims and his existence will be forever changed. The question is: Does a well-educated individual with an untarnished reputation throughout his life deserve this kind of treatment from both the government and the media?
Although Donald Trump faces a great deal of criticism for suspected Russian collusion both politically and financially, billycariello.com will continue to deny such involvement until clear evidence is provided and investigations are concluded.
One cannot deny that the economy has grown recently under Trump's leadership, whether related to his management over the US or not. According to CNN, the economy grew at a 4.1% annual pace in the second quarter, which Trump described as "an economic turnaround of historic proportions." The economic growth is, indeed, the highest in four years.
Additionally, the economy has added 3.7 million new jobs since the election. According to US Department of Agriculture data, enrollment in food stamps have shrunk by just over 3 million from January 2017.
We have added 3.7 million new jobs since the election. A number that is unthinkable if you go back to the campaign. Nobody would have said it. Nobody would have even in an optimistic way projected it. We are in the midst of the longest positive job growth streak in history." - Donald Trump
We are on track to meet the highest annual growth rate in over 13 years. During each of the two previous administrations, we averaged just over 1.8% GDP growth. By contrast, we are now on track to hit an average GDP annual growth of over 3%, and it could be substantially over 3%." - Donald Trump

It is now 200 days with Trump as our president. Let's review his performance, accomplishments, and failures.
Paris Agreement- He has pulled out of the Paris agreement, which is economically beneficial, however, detrimental to our already declining environment.
Healthcare- President Trump hasn't yet passed any bills.
Business Regulations- The President has lowered business regulations, allowing for the easier production of goods, however, this is negative in the sense that it allows corrupt companies to grow and treat workers unfairly.
Jobs- Over 500,000 jobs have been created and unemployment has declined. Additionally, the stock market is steadily soaring.
Supreme Court- President Trump has nominated Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court, which is widely viewed as beneficial.
Immigration- The Department of Homeland Security released a statement demonstrating that illegal immigration has declined by 60% after Trump's inauguration.
As many already know, President Donald Trump signed an order "temporarily" preventing people from the following countries from entering our nation: Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen.
This can turn out both positive and negative. The positive is that the risk of a terrorism threat and/or acts of terror significantly lower. As a population grows, so do risks. Our nation doesn't have the land, money, or stability right now to provide homes to millions of EVEN MORE people.
The negative is that many countries disagree with this plan. This can lead to violence and even wars.
Additionally, Barack Obama enacted a similar law, however, why is it that only this caused an uproar? Obama, in 2011, prohibited Iraqis from entering for six months.
As a foundation that strongly opposes violence, we endorse President Trump's plan. This is simply for the safety of Americans. Violence, through protesting, is also being caused by many of the people that oppose this plan- The same people that wanted to "build bridges."
